Inquiry forms send your name, email, inquiry type and message to our server for validation. When delivery is configured, those details are forwarded to SWAN through its email provider. When delivery is unavailable, the form says so.
Card details are entered in Stripe-hosted fields. This website does not store card numbers. Payment and subscription records are maintained by Stripe when configured.
Assistant questions are sent to OpenAI only when the live provider is configured. Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information in chat. Chat history is not saved by this application.
Hosting and service providers may process technical logs. SWAN’s approved data controller contact, retention policy and full legal privacy wording are pending verification. Please use the contact page for privacy questions.
